How to participate
Competition Rules
Article 1 — Organizer
The contest is organized by Ton Déménageur, a moving company operating in the province of Quebec.
Article 2 — Media Partner
BPM Radio acts as the media partner for this contest. Its role is limited exclusively to broadcasting and promoting the contest on its airwaves. BPM Radio does not participate in the organization, administration, or funding of the contest and assumes no responsibility for the conduct of the contest or the awarding of the prizes. Article 3 — Contest Period
The contest begins on April 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET). All moves must be both booked AND completed during this period.
Article 4 — Eligibility
To be eligible, participants must:
- Be a resident of the province of Quebec and 18 years of age or older;
- Have booked a move with Ton Déménageur and paid a security deposit during the contest period;
- Have completed their move with Ton Déménageur between April 15 and August 31, 2026.
Employees of Ton Déménageur and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Article 5 — Entry
Each eligible customer is automatically entered one (1) time into the prize draw, regardless of the value of the move. No additional action is required.
Article 6 — Prizes
Three (3) prizes are available, each consisting of a reimbursement of the moving invoice up to a maximum of CAD $1,000 per winner. If the invoice amount is less than $1,000, the reimbursement will be limited to the exact amount of the invoice before taxes. Total prize value: $3,000. Prizes are non-transferable.
Article 7 — Prize Draw
The draw will take place on September 15, 2026, by the Ton Déménageur team. Three (3) names will be randomly selected from the list of eligible participants. Winners will be contacted within 7 business days following the draw.
Article 8 — Prize Fulfillment
Winners must provide proof of identity and the original invoice for their move. Reimbursement will be issued within 30 days following confirmation of their eligibility.
Article 9 — General Rules
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these official rules. The contest is subject to the applicable laws of the province of Quebec and Canada.
No purchase necessary to enter. Any eligible person may enter for free by submitting a written request to info@tondemenageur.ca
before August 31, 2026. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
